ROKATINKA
Inspired by the Katinka classic cocktail, the Rokatinka earns its name by having an elegant profile somehow also reminiscent of “Rokas,” a nostalgic candy of our co-founder Israel’s childhood. If you’re looking to find a brighter, less harsh expression of horseradish vodka, look no further!
RECIPE
2 oz Horseradish vodka
.75 oz Lime juice
.5 oz Apricot liqueur
.25 oz Simple syrup
Ice
Lime wheel and Tajin to garnish
Shake the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel that's been dipped in Tajin.
