Shipping & Refund Policy

The OLCC requires us to limit shipments to 2 bottles per product, and 6 bottles total per order.
We currently ship orders within Oregon.
Orders are fulfilled once a week, so your order will be shipped between 1-7 days from the date you placed an order. We ship via UPS Ground, and delivery times vary by location, but average delivery time from shipment date is about 1-2 days.
All alcohol shipments require the signature of an adult 21+ with valid ID. Carriers cannot leave packages unattended. They will make 3 attempts to deliver before the package will be returned to sender.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. 21+ age verification requires an additional fee from UPS in addition to shipping which is about $10 (this fee is reflected in your total shipping cost).

Due to OLCC (Oregon Liquor Control Commission) regulations, we cannot accept returns of alcohol once it has left our facility.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kachkaspirits.com. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
