Shipping & Refund Policy

The OLCC requires us to limit shipments to 2 bottles per product, and 6 bottles total per order.
We currently ship orders within Oregon.
Orders are shipped via UPS ground within seven days from when the order is placed. You will receive a notification email from UPS once your package has shipped, including when to expect your order. Please note that someone 21+ years of age with valid ID must be present to sign for and receive the order.
All alcohol shipments require the signature of an adult 21+ with valid ID. The carrier will make three attempts. If delivery fails, the order will be returned to us, and you will be charged for the return fee billed by UPS. Unfortunately, we can’t refund shipping fees for missed deliveries.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. 21+ age verification requires an additional fee from UPS in addition to shipping which is about $10 (this fee is reflected in your total shipping cost).

Due to OLCC (Oregon Liquor Control Commission) regulations, we cannot accept returns of alcohol once it has left our facility.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kachkaspirits.com. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
