Shipping

• We currently ship orders within Oregon.
  

• Orders are fulfilled within 1–7 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier.
  

• All alcohol shipments require the signature of an adult 21+ with valid ID. Carriers cannot leave packages unattended. 21+ age verification requires an additional fee.
  

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  

Refunds & Replacements

• Due to OLCC (Oregon Liquor Control Commission) regulations, we cannot accept returns of alcohol once it has left our facility.
  

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kachkaspirits.com. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
  

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
