• You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol through this site. By ordering, you represent and warrant that you are 21+.
  

• A government-issued photo ID will be required upon delivery.
  

2. Orders & Availability
   

• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.
  

• Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
  

3. Shipping & Delivery
   

• Alcohol shipments require an adult signature (21+) at delivery.
  

• We currently ship only to approved states as listed in our Shipping Policy.
  

4. Intellectual Property
   

• All content on this site (logos, images, text, recipes) is the property of Kachka Spirits and may not be used without permission.
  

5. Limitation of Liability
   

• Kachka Spirits will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this site or consumption of our products, except as required by law.
