RECIPE
2 oz Kachka Rhubarb Vodka
.50 oz Simple Syrup
.25 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 cup of Mint leaves + mint sprig to garnish
1 oz Club Soda
Ice
Muddle mint with simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add Rhubarb Vodka and lemon juice. Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Top with soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
