Where do you ship?

Right now, we ship within the state of Oregon.

How long does shipping take?

We fulfill orders once a week, so your vodka will be shipped between 1-7 days from the date you placed an order. We ship via UPS Ground, and delivery times vary by location, but average delivery time from shipment date is about 1-2 days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Yes. Because this is alcohol, someone 21+ with a valid photo ID must sign for delivery. Carriers cannot leave your package unattended.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

The carrier will make a few attempts. If delivery fails, the order may be returned to us. Unfortunately, we can’t refund shipping fees for missed deliveries.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We do our best to package carefully, but if your order arrives broken or incorrect, please email us at info@kachkaspirits.com with a photo within 7 days. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Sorry—state law doesn’t allow us to accept returns of alcohol. The only exceptions are for damaged or defective items.
