Where do you ship?

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Transit times depend on your location and carrier. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Yes. Because this is alcohol, someone 21+ with a valid photo ID must sign for delivery. Carriers cannot leave your package unattended.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

The carrier will make a few attempts. If delivery fails, the order may be returned to us. Unfortunately, we can’t refund shipping fees for missed deliveries, but reach out to us and we’ll help troubleshoot.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We do our best to package carefully, but if your order arrives broken or incorrect, please email us at [Insert Support Email] within 7 days. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Sorry—state law doesn’t allow us to accept returns of alcohol. The only exceptions are for damaged or defective items.
